Efficient Bubble Butt

I'm so psychic! It's obvious to me. Yesterday for instance I was in the sauna wearing my usual sauna attire when a young girl probably in her 20's like 26 walked in and in my mind I knew she was going to compliment me and BOOM she did! she was all oh wow you have an amazing 6 pack! I said, "SHUt YOur FACE!!! No!" Because i really don't see it! I'm on this earth thinking I need to work on it harder and she goes and says this!?! It's a conspiracy! She works for the illuminati!!! Anyways I was pretty stoked and shocked over that scene. I guess that was yesterday's news. We had a nice chat about how the gyms yoga is subpar! She claimed her name was Hillary and when she left she said "bye Kathy" ugh!!!! Whatever.

But It's diet . Alllllll diet and water intake. 

I don't mean to make you hate me anymore than u already do BUT I get compliments alllllll the time. 

One Monday in pilates I was feeling frumpy and useless and out of nowhere a nice lady asked if I was a yoga instructor because she noticed that my form was perfect and the way I moved was so graceful! Haa! I was flabbergasted !  The universe knows when I need to hear nice words! Or it's something else. Bullshit? Signs? 

Last week the juice bar dude said I was one of the sexiest girls in the gym. All I said to that was "SHIT!" And maybe i said thanks. He probably just wants me to keep on buying his protein drinks and smoothies. Cause there are tons of sexy gals up in there, but I guess I have the right amount of thickness. I don't know!!!! 

Tonight when I was walking in the locker room some dude asked if I just arrived and I said who me? And he said yea you, and I was like yea just got here and then he says ok have a good one.

Well alright then. What's that about? 

Then a few minutes later as I was leaving the locker room a strange couple was full on making out!!! Right at the entrance of the men's room.   What the effing hell!??!? I warned some girls that that was happening! Gross no? Boner time at the gym I guess. 

Had to get this all off my chest tonight.

I read minds and I get compliments, I know the compliments are coming before they arrive, maybe I make them come, I get into their heads n make the people say nice shit, either way yay me! 

I'm about to be 40!

Spooky Pants

Been busy doing stuff I guess and still there is stuff I need to be doing right now like dishes and laundry!! Always n forever! Gets old and predictable. I'm not even going to do the dishes tonight. I'd rather do yoga and bed. Then I'll wake up tomorrow and be all Oh YEAh! You again!!! Hi! 

I have a hard enough time keeping up w my water and green tea intake! I have to start early in da day in order to get it all in! 90 oz of water n 5 cups of green tea! Ugh it's enough to make me wanna puke! If I don't accomplish those goals I feel like a huge failure! Do you even get what I am saying? You try to deal w all that liquid then tell me how you do. 

Today I ate a spicy chicken sandwich n waffle fries from chick filet so you can imagine the shame I am experiencing even now! Some 10 hrs later. But what thefuck am I gonna do? Order a stupid salad? Or Say, "no no i will just watch YOU eat", or not go entirely?  Yolo people! Yo. Lo. The guilt is a part of life I guess. But you gotta let it go. Let it be. Eat the meal, suffer the consequences and move the f on. Work it off later or skip a future meal I suppose. I don't know, I don't have alllll the answers I just go w the mo fo flow and today's flow involved a chick filet trip. Yummy as hell. I should've went balls to the wall N ordered up their mocha chocolate shake! I had a sweet tea. Self control folks.

Yee haw! Toy Story movies are the only thing allowed on my tv! Sun up to sundown! I personally like it and find it comforting and soothing. Could be worse is what I always say! 

Today I feel like pulling out my Halloween decorations! Show these fools how its done. 

According to every horoscope forecast October is going to be a bumpy month for me. BRING IT! I am ready for it. 

Going on a Disneyland trip in October! Can you believe it!? I can't! Never been for the Halloween season so it's gonna be dope!

Yesterday was a school festival w COWS and shit. Literally.

I bought that super cool goblet for $1.60. Such a deal! I bought 2! One for me and one for my friend. I'm a giver. 

Man I want to try that pretzel bun burger from Wendy's! Ugh! I know it'll be gross! I just know it won't live up to my expectations AND it'll make me fat! But I still really wanna try it. I bet the pretzel bun will be stale and hard! I must find out! Today! It's the freakin weekend and I'm gonna have me some fun!  

I eat healthy all the damn time, I deserve a serious cheat meal! Yesterday I ate a powdered donut! Oh good GOD! Call the fat police! 

Although wings n fries sound good too! 

That'd be me in the gym lockeroom/bathrm checking out my bun after my shower. I just love showering at the gym after a hardcore workout/sauna session! Soooooo refreshing and rejuvenating! I thank God the entire time. Walk out feeling like new! Pores tight and body slammin!

I need closure! I've been watching the marathon in the evening here n there since Wednesday. I'll look at the original air date, try to remember what I was doing at that time in my life. Depresses me. I'm like that. My past depresses me. I get all sad for it. Then I'm like shut up BITCH! Time marches on n children grow. Bye bye Walter White n Jesse! Peace, love and meth forever!

Something Very Special

Kitty Kat in da houuuuse! JK!!! Nobody calls me kitty Kat. But I do love a Kit Kat bar every now n then. Especially around Halloween! Yum. 

I need to think of a Halloween costume! Omg! I'll just be the same thing I was last year! A dead bride! That way I can wear my wedding dress! There! That was easy.

Oh hey! I wore jeans this past weekend. That was exciting and scary.

September is bipolar.

On Friday night I had 3 peach Bellini martinis. They went straight to my head and I developed a southern accent. Weird. I'm a southern belle at heart I guess.

wish I could cut out my morning coffeecreamer. I feel i might as well have a bowl of ice cream. A lady in sauna said she uses condensed milk. I'm not sure about that as a move I will be considering, I'll research it. 

I need to do yoga tonight before bed. That something I want to do every night.

I am the most tired of all in all the land! Today was fun filled and wonderful but now I am to infinity and beyond sleepy. A good foot rub and some sweet dreams will be the perfect conclusion.  I just wanted to document here on ye ole blog just how satisfied with exhaustion I feel cos like sometimes when it's bedtime I ask myself if I'm totally tired out and usually I'm not but today I totally am. Break da Ice Over Yo Face

My toddler is obsessed w hot cocoa. Requests it all the time. even when its 100 degrees outside. I oblige like a good mommy. 

I'm so over the heat. I'd appreciate a nice  70 ish temperature. Can ya dig? In the beginning of like May I was all into the hot weather but now I'm just annoyed w it. Welcome worn out. Be gone! Let's celebrate FALL! Eat some pie, wear a cardigan. 

Yesterday I dragged everyone to a street fair because I was under the impression that the Grilled Cheese truck was going to be there. WRONG! It's going to be there today! Not yesterday. So we alllll have to travel back today for the Grilled Cheese experience. Cool huh!? I'm stoked to the max. I'll take pics! Maybe I'll get TWO sandwiches! Plus I guess more vendors will be there today. 

This weekend has been a pancake weekend. I made pancakes from scratch yesterday and today! So easy n cheap. I'll never use a boxed pancake mix again. Nobody should. 

Lots of cool stuff going on tonight on the boob tube. Dexter, Breaking Bad, Ray Donovan AND the VMAs! Sunday night Party time on the couch!!! Lets do this son! Woot woot. I don't know if I'll be able to hang! So much! Too much? Why do all the shows I watch have to be on the same night? It'd be nice to spread them out throughout the week. But I'm not in control. OF ANYTHING! 

Next weekend the roast of James Franco is happening. I like him. Maybe love. 

Next weekend will be off the hook! yo mama! for other reasons besides television and grilled cheese.

Give Me Time to Realize My Crime

Really working hard at eating clean but today I had pizza!!! BUT!!! I did go to the gym twice. Soooooo that should count for something! I cycled for 60 min and saunaed for 25 in the morning THEN the afternoon time was 60 min of pilates! Soooooo whatever right!??? I'm trying to decide whether I'll do yoga in the morning or cycle again, I should prolllly cycle cause yoga is kinda easy ya know. But then again I'm going to go to the gym in the evening for this really intense/fun circuit training class n that's really hard so maybe morning yoga w a sauna session would be a good choice. Oh boy how do I decide? It'll just happen, the choice will be made for me by GOD. I trust that he will lead me into the right scenario. That's what HE does, always. 

Today! I went through a car wash then I parked my car and went on a "playground adventure" and when I returned to my vehicle I was so sad to see that sprinklers were spraying water all over the car!!  The nerve! What in world!? Isn't that something? 

And oh I have had some restless nights. I just can't seem to stop peeing! That's due to the fact that I am drinking 20 gallons of ice water and 17 cups of green tea a day, so the pee just never stops. Real nice. Between the pee elimination and the sweating I do I can't imagine that I have any toxins inside of my body. I'm a vessel of pure pureness. Ha! 

I don't drink or do any drugs. I'm as sober as a cucumber? 

Whatever I'm smoking crack.

Wanna know whatelse I find bug worthy!? Songs that get stuck in my head for months or YEARS! I have had Culture Clubs' DO YOU REALLY WANT TO HURT ME song stuck in my head for like ever! I bust it out several if not a dozen times a day! I kid you not. It is what it is and at this point in the game  I sing it pretty darn good if I do say so myself. I need to hit up a karaoke club!  Maybe I should just do a vine of it! Vine is like the coolest thing these days! Get w it!

Feeling good on backpack night Dodger style w my family. Can you tell?

 School is like tomorrow! Omg! We are fully prepared for a successful school yr!!! Bring it on! He has his flash drive n erry thang. 

My personal 5 th grade experience was a straight up horrific Catholic school nightmare! Now it's nothing but a character building memory. 

Universal Studios was a good time except that the Transformers ride broke da f down in the early morning w people on it and they were stuck for 3 hrs! Some news helicopters flying all around cause it was news worthy! Did u see? So anyways after the ride opened back up the wait time was 3 hours long! So that's a no go. Luckily we get in free till 2014 so we will go back another day for that mess. Better hurry cause the year is almost over! Seriously it is. Halloween is like today! 

Pasadena is a place I would love to live. Only 30 min away from my current town so that's awesome for me. I must start to visit often and take the kids to the http://www.kidspacemuseum.org/

Feast your peepers on some Melting pot deliciousness. Such a fun dining experience! I highly recommend it! I ordered the Fondue Fusion. Lobstertail, filet mignon, duck n other stuff. Can not wait to go back!  right now!!! Take me! Seriously though the next time I go back I get 20 bucks off. Maybe for my 34th bday but I doubt it, lots of bullshit is going down around me birthday. Soccer game and shtuff. 

New flip flops for me cos the puppy ate my other ones! Good deal because I got buy 1 pair get the another for 50% off! Booyah. Who doesn't need two pairs? I know I do! I love wearing flipflops w jeans. That's my favvvvv. Still too hot around these woods for jeans doh. No rush. 

I have mommy things to tend to. a certain  adorable lil boy needs assitance on his new lightening mcqueen bike!! Vroom vroom!
